Dear October
Omg. I feel like I’m going insane! First of all, it feels like my heart is going to burst because of this huge thing that I need to keep. Writing is my therapy but I couldn’t even write it out for now. And all these with the stress that I’m feeling with scouting for a new house is really driving me nuts! I’m eager and bummed out at the same time. Yes, it is possible.
Also, I am starting to feel the financial “bite” that happens when you are single and independent. My October until early November is action packed that financially, I am juggling.
Oh lord, please don’t let me fall off the horse. I pray things go smoothly as planned. I know that you want all these to happen and I truly thank you, but help me maintain my focus and sanity along the way.
Gosh. I think I worry too much. Anyway, will update you when the magic happens!
Strap it TIGHTER!
A decision borne out of my “Short Term WANT List”, I am now keeping a daily finance diary to keep track of my expenditures to motivate me to SAVE. With over 2 weeks of recording, I have noticed that a generous amount is being spent on food and taxi fares being the second. A shocker to what I thought that I have spent more on my impulse buying.
As my “STW” List grows longer, I find it difficult prioritize what certain splurge I will save up for first, more so, come up with a percentage that I will set aside for it without harshly sacrificing my allotment of needs.
WANT versus NEED children, is a temptation that is so hard to manage.
My birthday is coming up in 5 months and I want to reward myself for another well done year. I have a couple of birthday gifts in mind to choose and it’s driving me crazy just to pick one!
Anyway, for whatever reasons that you may have in saving some money up, I do recommend keeping track of your personal expenses. Take it from this girl who loves living the good life. :)
The morning shift anthem.
