The Golden Ticket
my employment pass got renewed finally! It’s full steam ahead… I can get now my Exit Pass so that I can go on a holiday on the date that I really planned.
I am so excited! See you guys soon! :)

Finally!
In a couple of hours, I am going to queue up for my renewed passport! This little piece of book slowed down all my plans. Without it, I wasn’t able to fix my renewal of my work pass, couldn’t obtain an exit pass for my tax free trip back to Manila. To sum it all up my once early plan for a vaca (which should’ve been today btw) was moved to the 19th…. missing out...

Tom Yam Cup Noodles
Just arrived from work and even though I’m generally inside a room full of food (kitchen) at the end of the day, I’m bloody hungry! And so…. I’d fix myself my considered staple in my diet… NISSIN CUP NOODLES in TOM YAM flavor! Love how it is sour and spicy at the same time. Perfect balance!
Okay brb.. my noodles are done. Happy kid!

I'm on a countdown...
13 more days until my vacation! So psyched!… After I get my passport on Thursday, I will pass it to the HR to process my renewal ASAP! I am just praying for my pass to be hiccup free so that I can claim it before my holiday….

Flaky pastry, choux pastry, light rose petal confectioner’s custard, raspberry stew, chantilly cream flavored with rose water, rose syrup fondant and fresh raspberries.
** That’s why I love the Marie Antoinette movie so much! All the pastries in the movie were from Laduree!!!

I'm feeling quite sluggish lately...
maybe I’m just tired to the point of being burned out. I get good 8 hours of sleep yet after I wake up, I go back and curl up in my bed again.
Work is work. Like a dance that you know by heart.
Or maybe I find my life too dull now… I’m bored. I think I need another adventure.

Why are there so many typhoons????
Manila was badly devastated that a lot of families are homeless. Now, another typhoon is about to hit. My heart really goes out to them. It makes me think how lucky and blessed I am and my family…. how lucky and blessed is Singapore! There’s no such thing as typhoon here. Heck, heavy rains only lasts a good hour or 2! There was once though that for 3 days it was raining but it hardly...
